Herter Associates provides managed IT infrastructure, compliance consulting, and cloud migration services to enterprise clients under separately executed Master Services Agreements. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, methodologies, frameworks, and documentation produced by Herter Associates remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise specified in a signed client agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
Herter Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on information published herein.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
