Herter Associates LLC, founded in 2004, offers customized training courses for financial analysts and relationship managers at commercial and investment banks worldwide.

Products range from comprehensive entry-level training programs to corporate finance and continuing education seminars for the support of experienced professionals. Subjects include: financial accounting, business and industry risk analysis, financial statement analysis, loan and transaction structuring and corporate valuation.

Courses are designed and taught by David Herter. Instruction combines lectures, case studies and group presentations in an interactive environment. Most cases reflect actual lending situations experienced by Mr. Herter over his 22 year corporate banking career as well as cases written by Harvard Business School.
